This page explains what Fleet Trace does with the information entered in the demo request form.
What we collect
Your name, company, e-mail address, phone number, fleet size and the language of the page. We also keep the browser you used (user agent) and a keyed hash of your IP address, never the address itself.
Why
To answer your demo request and arrange a meeting. The IP hash is only used to limit abusive submissions of the form.
Who can see it
The Fleet Trace team, and the providers that run the service: hosting and database (Microsoft Azure, Supabase) and e-mail delivery (Resend). We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to follow up on your request. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your information, to have it corrected or deleted, or object to its use. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Cookies and local storage
No tracking or advertising cookies. The site only remembers your language (cookie) and your light or dark theme (local storage) on your device.
